Alright guys, I have a slightly uncontroversial theory about hairloss. I just wanted you guys’ opinion on the subject.

So I think there is a connection between hairloss and sun exposure. By now I have traveled quite a lot of the world such as: French Polynesia, Europe, America, South America, Australia & Asia. One thing I seem to keep on noticeing is the fact that a lot of the native people who has jobs which requires them to stay in the sun for multiple hours/ day seem to keep their hair. My theory is that this is the body’s way of protecting the scalp. Even here in Scandinavia I see a clear difference between people who do sports such as surfing or beach volleyball compared to basketball & football. I believe that is because these individuals often are exposed to far more sun then the rest of us.

It could also just be the genes, I mean if you live in an area with a lot of sunshine hours you may genetically develop more hair to protect your scalp.
