suggestions? Picture included

Hey all - Do you have any suggestions for what I can use. I just realized a few months ago how bad I am thinning/balding. I am not too excited about the side effects I read regarding minoxidil and finasteride. But at this particular level of balding/thinning what would be best? I am willing to try things as long as the side effecs are reversible. I will most likely have transplants done if gets worse (which I am assuming it will). I am 29 years old.

Just any suggestions at all are so very appreciated.

finasteride, minoxidil and a keto shampoo... Perhaps cut hair real short on the sides 1/8 or shorter and 1/4 inch -3 /8 on top probably give the illusion of fuller head of hair also.
