Suggestions or Tips appreciated

I am 21 years old, Male, and have noticed around 3 years ago my hair was thinner than it used to be. I noticed the curve in my widows peak slightly grew and my temples were receded, the right side being more prominent. I took finasteride for about 1.5 years, and could not tell if my hair improved or not, but recently stopped taking it because it has induced gynecomastia. Been on minoxidil for about 11 months. There is one picture I included which showed my hairline before my hair loss. I also lose like 40-70 hair if i run my hands through my hair for a while. I also included captions with the pictures provided, they are below each picture.

Your hair looks great, you have better pictures? Try adding Regenepure DR and derma roller.

I just took these. Included two pics of each temple region. What do you guys think. I also just took a shower after 2 days and lost around 140 hairs. Also have been paranoid about smoking and drinking possibly attributing to my hair loss so I am testing if anything improves being completely sober for a month. Also does the regenepure dr really work well? And the pics in my original post were taken about 4 months ago, lmk if you guys see any difference from those compared to these. Thanks guys
