My hair was relatively healthy at the start of the 2016 year, relatively til March and come April everything went to hell in a handbasket. My hair is really thin to the point you can easily see my scalp. Perhaps I'm just being too positive but could I have Telogen effluvium? At the time I wasn't eating healthy and stressed due to working two jobs. Would it hurt to try minoxidil?
