I am 32 and I have been progressively thinning now since my early - mid 20's. My hairline is almost the still the same as my 20s. It started thinning at the front and moving to the back over the last 8 or so years.
Over the last few weeks I noticed that the top the hair strands have become much finer and it is falling out all over the top and front. If I run my fingers through my hair gently it will pull out about 10 - 15 strands each time. It has never been like this. :-(
Depressing. I might try that Regain foam.
