Styling after applying Rogaine

I'm planning to start using Rogaine and I've read a few things about applying it but i'm not sure if you can style after application. It might be a stupid question, I'm not sure :dunno:

After applying it, is it OK to style using clay afterwards? Will it cancel out the effects or will the Rogaine still do it's thing?

I asked this question before and got no answer. So googled it and got what I was looking for:

Rogaine Website said:
You may follow your normal hair care routine when using ROGAINE®. However, you should apply ROGAINE® first and wait for it to dry before applying your styling products.

So there you have it. Ok, that's coming from their own website so they may be sugar coating it but I can't imagine it will make much difference gelling your hair. Come payday I'm going to buy a 12 month supply of the foam so will keep you all updated on how I get on as I fully intend to keep styling my hair.

The quote above was lifted from http://www.rogaine.com/men/faq#question-db6106ab9ca302f076c11045ab46e9e8

It also provides answers on other frequently asked questions.

Cheers,

Thanks for the replies.

I used the liquid version and it just leaves my hair greasy which leaves it hard to style. Should have gone foam :(
