Hi Guys, have found this paper:

Which I think gives the best overview of upregulated/downregulated genes in Androgenetic Alopecia I have ever seen, especially this graph:
As you can see, immune response is really high and wnt/shh (known to activate stem cells, which leads to hair growth) is downregulated. I really think the topical JAK-STAT inhibitors will help as, at the very least, they upregulate wnt and shh (but it has to be topical, pill form does not have these effects - all eyes on Aclaris).
