Stubble

Can someone give me some advice please...

Recently I've noticed that my hair seems to be thinning a lot over the past month or so. My scalp feels like it is full of stubble when I rub my fingers through it... I don't know if this is male pattern baldness starting or something else.

I'm a 30 year old guy and i've always had very thick hair up until now. Maybe its due to stress. My dad passed away on new years eve last year so I don't know if its to do with that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I've recently developed stubble all over the top of my head...
I'm a guy of 30 before i had loads of thick hair but just over the past couple of months its started to get thinner and thinner...

I don't know what to think if its male pattern baldness or something else...

My dad had lost some of his hair at the front and at the crown of his head but not a lot... would it happen this quick to me? I always thought hair loss was something over a longer period of time....
