Right, so as you all can figure, I am completely freaking out about balding. My hair is fairly important to me. I am on my way to getting a modelling deal, and more than anything I have anxiety disorder.

So, without further ado, I am wondering whether I'm simply getting my mature hairline or am I in the beginning of male pattern baldness?

A few things to know:
-My hairline used to be more round
-At the very corners of my temples, there are very little hairs. I tried and they are easy to pull out. They aren't very visible in the pictures, but they are there.
-The actually normal hairs hurt to pull out.
-It seems like my right temple is suffering a bit more of whatever this recession is....
-I push my hair up all day every day, especially with my left hand. Wondering if its causing my right temple corner to thin?
-I also get eczema in my hair and my scalp is often itchy.

I will be seeing dermatologist in a month. I would like to either confirm or put my fears to rest earlier than that.

If you're truly losing hair at the temples, which I can't tell from this pictures, then 99% it's male pattern baldness.

modeling career....you will def want to hop on finasteride asap if you have male pattern baldness and want to have any longevity in that field...either that or embrace the hairpiece as soon as it becomes noticeable

Haha, my career is as an engineer. Modeling gives me a bit of money to help with school costs. I just wanna retain a decent line of hair until I'm at least out of college.... That's honestly all I'm worried about. I plan to shave my head the moment real recession begins, but not until after I put up a fight!
