I've been using Rogaine for 6 months applying 2ml a day all over top of scalp but I dont see any improvements. I noticed my hair loss at 19 Im 27 now. Currently, I'm taking multivitamin, biotin, and men prostate supplements, and using biotin shampoo.
I'm not sure what else to do.. I'm trying to keep my hair.. what other treatments should I use?

I voted nw2 but you might be a 1. You look like a diffuse thinner perhaps.

I would say easily NW2 going to 3 and there is thinning on whole head.

If you have an itch or dandruff you can use nizoral shampoo...also try to relax because alopecia's progression might slowdown and stop for some years so don't think much about it

If you want to save your hair take finasteride. Diffuse thinning will always progress. It maybe slow or it maybe fast, but you will almost certainly fully bald

But finasteride could have a good shot at stopping diffuse thinning, right?

I guess you should wear a wig. Consuming hair regeneration medicines can affect male hormones and most importantly sex drive. Moreover, stress is behind extreme hair loss. Wearing a human hair wig will give you natural like hair that will help you in recovering from hair loss as you won't feel disappointed every time you see in the mirror. I recommend wigs to you because they won't adversely affect your health!
