Strange hair loss problem.

My hair loss started after some from my family died 1 year ago,the hair started to fall from anywhere,head,eyeybrow,underarm even from nose and pubic area.
After 1 year the falling is almost gone but the hair is very thin.Any one had this hairloss?Please help me.

we dn't know how old are you,
nothing about your diet,
are u doing sport ?
do u have parents with hair loss issue ?
are you on meds ?
what is ur hairstyle ?

24 years,the falling started when i was 23
Im not on any diet and not doing sports.
My dad is nw3 at age of 53,but my hair type/color is not like his,its like my grandfather that died with full head of hair.
No meds.
No hairstyles,simple buzzcut.
Hair didn't fall only from head from arms,nose etc and now its thin.

Best to see a Dermatologist but my guess is Alopecia Areata. I have same problem and just conformed by a Doctor. Started treatment today of steroid injections once a month, daily topical steroid spray and Minoxidil.

Maintained hair for years with finastaride until Alopecia Areata kicked in. Very stressful last couple of months maybe the culprit.
