storing minoxidil at sub zero temperatures

Hey.
I've been storing my minoxidil in my storage room but the temperatures in there is below zero. Since then I have been noticing increased hairloss. Could the low storage temperatures have an effect on the minoxidil?
I am losing alot of hair actually since Jan.

Storing at Sub Zero temps could have some effect on the minoxidil as the recommended temp is 67F - 77F.
