Storing finasteride

I have some extra finasteride that I probably won't need to use for around a year....would it be alright to just leave it in a drawer, or would it be better off to leave them in a cool place like in a compartment of the refrigerator?

Also, I split my finasteride into fourths and I usually keep them in a compartment of my pill cutter, would that be an ok place or should I keep them in a cool place as well?

The leaflet that came with my Propecia just says below 30 degrees, so a drawer will be fine. I would think storing for a year would be fine too, providing it doesn't go beyond the expiry date on the packet. Mine are good til 2009, so I reckon if you bought them recently a years storage will not be a problem.
