stopped propecia for 3 days

since i started 0.5mg propecia for 8 weeks.. shed like mad... losing a lot of density and hair looked worse. i stopped proepcia for 3days... no more shedding and my dick is very hard again, no more testicle pain... damn man... what should i do?
