New hair growth is great if you're only using Finasteride to treat your Androgenetic Alopecia. You shouldn't be having miniaturization taking Finasteride. If you are, switch to Dutasteride, it's more effective at treating Androgenetic Alopecia. If your hair keeps falling out and keeps growing back shorter and thinner, you're still having miniaturization.

The new sprrouts are more thin for sure

Four months is a bit too soon. Give your hair at least a couple more months for improvement. If there's no improvement and you're still having miniaturization, definitely switch to Dutasteride, it's much more effective.

Thx. Any other ad vice ?

I strongly recommend to add a Ketoconazole shampoo into your regimen, it should really help to improve the health of your scalp and can actually have other proven treatments work better. I recommend to use Regenepure DR, it is 1% Ketoconazole. It's the only Ketoconazole shampoo currently available that's safe for daily use.

Same here. Been on generic finasteride/Kirkland minoxidil/nizoral twice a week for 4 months and I'm still losing hair on the front. I'm just hoping it's a shed but its hard to tell. Starting to think it might be worth switching to Lipogaine and giving kirkland minoxidil a rest.
