Stepping Up My Regime for Full Regrowth: Need Advice

About 4 months ago I've started treating hair loss with a bunch of drugs. I pretty much stopped the loss and regrew a bit in the temples. My terminal hair is about an nw2, but I've got thinner hair regrown that's in a nw1.5 pattern. My hair has also thinned out a bit all over from a terrible Telogen Effluvium shed that started last spring, especially on the sides. I want to get an nw1.5 or less of terminal hair and thicken hair up all over. Right now I'm using:
RU58841 1x per day, 1.5g per month
Nizoral 2-3x per week
Apple Polyphenols- 3-4ml per day of a supersaturated topical
Hydrocortisone- 1x per day

I'm thinking about adding some of the following: topical spironolactone, retin-a, saw palmetto, and I'm thinking of either minoxidil foam (which might be a problem since I have 3" long hair) or ozbrew. I'd appreciate input from anyone who has had success in regrowing hair. I'd also like to hear recommendations on other drugs. I'm sure there's a lot of good stuff I haven't even thought of.

yeah it would. RU is applied locally and it does not go systemic as far as I know, while finasteride does go systemic but is also safe when it does so. This means it will protect all of your hair and not just the follicles that RU touches or comes in contact with. RU is only a local blocker and so it would work fantastically when combined with finasteride. finasteride, in addition to giving you good maintenance, will also possibly give you some regrowth. Talk to your doctor and consider getting on it.

You are on quite a strong regimen. Please try to be patient and see if your regimen works for you before adding ANYTHING else. If after 6 to 8 months, you see very minimal or no results, then consider adding things. But as of now, you are well-stocked. I'd advise not to add anything else, BE PATIENT and wait for 6 to 8 months to see the results.

I already know that it's working. The problem is that nothing I'm taking is going to produce as much regrowth as I want.

Add Rogaine Foam then... That's the best regrowth treatment that's actually proven. And via eBay, its not that costly.

Hydrocortisone.. isnt that dangerous to use longer then 14 days.. then u need a breake from it ??
