Started Topical Finasteride To Preempt Hair Loss (sides?)

Just started taking topical finasteride hoping to preempt any potential balding or hair loss that may occur.

curious as to whether anyone else on here does this

anyone whos taking/taken finasteride, how long did it take you to notice the side effects? what should i be on the look out for?

from my experience topical finasteride gave me 0 sides but also didnt work much. but i also dont have any worrying side effects from oral finasteride so i may not be the best example.

At least it's good to know that you got less sides with topical relative to oral. How long after starting did you notice any sides from oral finasteride?

Well since 2 months im having sex frequently 3/2 times per week and i doesnt have noticed any single effect being on finasteride except a lil watery semen. But still i dont know if finasteride work on me.

Where do you get topical finasteride from though? No one really sells it, and its way more expensive than the generic oral version. If it was cheap and commonly available id use that over the oral stuff too

You plop a bit of proscar into a minoxidil bottle. Voila. Topical finasteride.

The "good" stuff (Polichem with liposomes etc.) isn't coming out for a while anyway.

Any other reasonable options beside mixing with minoxidil for people that are sensetive to it? It seems like finasteride isn't doing jack sh*t or accelerating hair loss but the sides are still there so i might as well try topical.
