Despite my thinning hair, I've always had a lot of short hairs... maybe 1/4" in length on my crown and frontal area. What will most likely happen to these using finasteride... will they shed in favor of a new growth cycle or will they themselves become stronger and grow adding to my current hair count? I'm not looking for miracles but it would be a shame to lose all these faithful companions of mine!
