Hi, as S.A.F has mentioned - take it easy and once the staples are out you might want to consider applying Aloe Vera gel to the area to help sooth and heal

the staple removal was the most painful part of my procedure. i couldn't make it in on the 11th day as requested and i was having some scabbing over the staples so they had to dig a few of them out. mainly on the corners where they did the tri-closure. i tell ya, i was in tears! lol. anyway, i just carried on like normal and had no further issues and i never put anything on the scar area and now i can't even find the scar. once the staples are out, you'll feel a great relief. my donar area itched like crazy too. i just rubbed the back of my head lightly in a circular motion with my hand. it seemed to help. just remember, "mind over matter". LOL. i know, easier said than done.

the reciept area is NASTY NASTY NASTY full of dead skin my staples were removed af ew days ago i considered it the least painful part of the procedure as i didnt even feel any of the 64 staples being taken out
