I have always had a fine thin hair, but good covarage. After starting with ssri(about 7years ago) i started to see my hair getting worse and worse after every year. Im now 32 and have very little on top of head, i have 3spots that are bad. I have had problem with stress and depression, and taken ssri sertraline and escitalopram, after taking escitalopram the hair got to the level it is now.
But i stopped medication on ssri this year, and now starting to see black spots in my head, i have been without medication for soon 4month is this maybe the case that it will come back?
Im living a much healhier life now with training and taking, magnesium, zink and biotin supplements, maybe just for placebo
Any others having advice?
