Spreadsheet Or Wiki With Doctor/clinic Details

Does anyone know of a resource such as a spreadsheet or wiki page that lists doctors/clinics with details on their practice such as:

Do they use microscopes for follicle sorting?
Which parts of the procedure are performed by the doctor themselves?
Do they use robotic aids?
Price for procedures?
Certifications and affiliations?
Etc....

Several of the association websites list basic info on doctors that are associated with them but do not go into detail on parts of their practice.

If such a resource does not exist is anyone interested in working with me to create one?

There are so many doctors, especially in Turkey, that it would be an awesome resource for people to get details about them in one place instead of having to contact the clinics themselves and ask all of the questions.

I would be glad to contribute with the one experience i had. This is potentially a good idea, but just as all good ideas there are issues...
Do we limit the input to those who had the procedure done only?
How do we go about weeding out the fake info by clinics themselves?
Similarly, how about negative aspects faked by competing clinics?

There are plenty of self-touting posts (which i wish would fall into a different section of their own) and many new forum members clearly pretending to be a customer to promote their clinic, which i find very annoying. I'm sure they'll invade this spreadsheet too.
