Spironolactone's effectiveness for competing with scalp test

I already know topical Spironolactone is a mild topical anti-androgen. However, I vaguely remember reading a while ago (I think it was el dutasteride's post or Bryan's post) that although topical spironolactone is mild at competing with dht, it is very good at competing with test in the scalp.

Can anyone confirm this pls? Bryan? El_Dut? Anyone else?
