spironolactone work for maintaining

I think my other post was too long. Norwood 1+, Ashton Kutcher level, can't take finasteride yet, will topical spironolactone, tricomin, nizoral maintain what I have?

edit -- although I'm interested in hearing about ASC-J9 and all that, I don't know them yet. Hopefully finfighter will fill me in on that one
