spironolactone question

I was wondering if anyone knew if spironolactone was like minoxidil being that if you use it for awhile and then quit it you will get a monster shed??? Just curious but I'm thinking about trying spironolactone on just the hairline to aid the minoxidil for a while until/if I get pretty good regrowth??

id say the chances are a lot less than minoxidil but...everyone reacts differently. ive used spironolactone on and off and its never happened to me.
