Hi guys!
After discontinuation of finasteride I'm considering to crush some proscar pills and incorporate the powder into Dr. Lee's spironolactone cream using some propylene glycol.
What do you guys think of this?
I believe the combination of an androgen blocker and an antiandrogen can make the trick (in case finasteride really makes it to the follicle). There's a study showing the synergistic effect of topical spironolactone along with several antiandrogens at very low concentrations:

At the moment I'm using spironolactone 2% liquid with 0,025% Finasteride but I believe the cream will rest in the scalp for longer thus providing better results.
BTW there's at least one study showing that finasteride cream can have some effect as DHT inhibitor:

Any opinion/suggestion will be welcomed
Thanks!
