I am blessed with having acne (neck and back) and a receeding hairline, I have purchased some finasteride and was also looking at accutane but Im not sure about starting them both at the same time, Upon research I have seen articles that say spironolactone helps with hair loss and will help contol acne. Obviously this would be perfect for my condition, as accutane can accelerate hair loss! Does anyone have any opinions on this?
