Spironolactone 5% & Lees minoxidil...???

For those of you using the spironolactone 5% version I have a few questions. First of all I had to discontinue the 2% version because of irritation.

Is the 5% generally less irritable? I know it is ppg free and contains aloe vera, which should help.

Does it go on fairly easy?? Or is it a pain in the azz?

Does it in any way cause your hair to become greasy or effect it in any way cosmetically?? (I know some people have said that it actually makes the hair look a little thicker). :?

Also concerning Dr. Lees minoxidil, which dries quickly, does anyone think this is a concern that it dries so quickly?? ((Not sitting on the scalp and slowly absorbing throughout the day, but drying very quickly.))
Thanks

I'm also considering spironolactone cream (5%) because I'm just not convinced revivogen alone is getting it done for me.
Viper poses some great questions...
I'd love to see what users have to say.

Yeah, I never hear to much about the 5%. I'm thinking of getting back on it along with minoxidil again. I don't really wanna use minoxidil, but my vertex I noticed is starting to get pretty thin. I feel that minoxidil is propbably the only thing that will help to thicken that up.

Spirolactone 5%??? Just to piss off bryan  !!!!

Actually, viperfish, you've now unwittingly pissed me off in TWO different ways! :)

There are two different substances: spironolactone (which we all know and love) and spirolactone. They are different chemical entities.
