Dr. Lee said something like 10-15 minutes. That's what I'm gonna do when my spironolactone gets here. Are you using finasteride or dutasteride? If not, let me know how that goes. I just gave up finasteride not too long ago after only a month and a half, and I'm hoping the spironolactone will be an adequate enough replacement for me.

I usually wait about 30 min between applications, but I heard you can wait less especially with the foam.

Yeah, I wait anywhere between 15 to 30 mins between applications. Rogaine Foam is always applied first, then I wait 15 to 30 mins before applying the spironolactone Cream.

Is spironolactone something that HAS to be used TWICE a day? Is it basically worthless if it's used once a day?

It's best and recommended that one use it twice a day, just like minoxidil. If one uses minoxidil only once a day, it'll have some effect, but not the way it would if one uses it twice a day. Same with spironolactone.

I found the foam to be much less irritating than the liquid. Do you find the foam causes itching too, or just redness?

just redness...no pain...no itching at all...so that's kind of confuse....
