Hey, i decided to add spironolactone 2% once a day to my treatment. I'm on propecia (almost 8 month, lost a lot of hair), minoxidil (3 years), folligen, etc... Would you guys suggest i go for the 5% spironolactone??? thanks!

btw, the last 3 weeks, i've been shedding handfulls of hairs every day... but im trying not to worry..

5% smells less when it reacts with minoxidil and it is more powerful.

i find solution works better for me, so i use 2%.

Would advice the 2% unless you have very short hair, as the cream is harder to apply...

5% is supposedly stronger. Definitely get it if you have short hair.
I have longer hair so I put the 5% on my temples. and 2% as a precaution the back of my head where there is still hair.

I use the 5% on my hairline and temples but on the crown its difficult to apply as I still have quite a bit of hair there so I put 2% on the crown.
