My wife just bought a really nice spinning bike. She really, really loves doing it. She loves the comfort of doing it at home and got a great deal the day after Thanksgiving so she bought one. Anyway, I'm kind of interested in doing it myself, as it does appear to be a great workout. Anyone here ever do it? I don't really want to lose much weight though, but am instead looking to get good definition from it. Is that possible? I was hoping to get cut up rather than lose tons of weight which I think may be what spinning really does. Can anyone give me any advice or input from experience??
