Soy Versus Milk

How do those prove milk is better than soy milk? It just sounds like a PWO drink with protein is good, which means a lot of things besides just milk...

And even though the people in the second study lost more fat with milk, well, were the rest of their diets identical? Did they all have the same metabolism? Did they all have the same percentage of body fat in the first place? How about the workout, was that the same?

That was a seriously flawed study.
