Hey guys,

Hoping for tips of something to add to my current regime which maybe anyone feels they have seen what may be positive results of across these forums as of late?

Been kicking around this board for many years. I'm 29 and live in Australia. Haven't had a lot of time to keep checking in with whats going on. Actually used to have an older login and account. Essentially I'm feeling that despite what I currently take, and the fact that I've been on this for many years, that the natural male pattern baldness loss is just continuing. So I'm just looking to basically have one more roll of the dice.

Current Regime :

Finasteride Generic x 1mg per day
Nizoral 1% x 2-3 times a week
Kirkland Minoxidil x 1 per day (evenings before bed)
Scalp Roller x 1-2 times a week for approximately 2 minutes
*I also have had a stint Dr Reddy's Dutas which I planned and was taking 1-2 times a week for a while however got worried about the a) legitimacy of the product b) body risk of taking drugs made in potentially dodgy conditions / factories

Although I'm open to higher percentage minoxidil I kind of feel that the core loss is still not being addressed. I know at the end of the day there isn't a magic bullet was just hoping someone might give me some options to take a punt on. Even if it's natural, herbal or experimental.

Cheers,

Sammo

i think your best bet would be dutasteride although i would recommend you use a topical ar antagonist like spironolactone cream, fluridil and alfatradiol or possibly all 3 if money isn't an issue and your gonna have to order them from overseas since they don't have them in Aus. You could also get a blood test to see if your getting enough dht suppression from finasteride.

Actually not much has changed. The treatments(finasteride, minoxidil, nizoral) are still the same, and so are the fantasies in the New Research section. Nothing new to report.
