He noted that he did'nt find any difference with 15% minoxidil.

He was bald, he became ever so slightly less bald - but still bald. No way would I bother using minoxidil and finasteride for THAT.

He's grown as much as he can with the big 3 a few years back.

The other follicles were too damaged. He was very bald to begin with.
