i know that -

-there are SERUM DHT, and SCALP DHT (produced locally on the scalp)

-dutasteride at 0.5mg a day blocks -
about 94% SERUM DHT (or dht in the blood),
but since the follicle themself produces DHT, than we have to attack that also, so -
dutasteride at 0.5mg a day blocks about 55% of SCALP DHT,
and in 2.5mg a day it blocks about 70% of SCALP DHT
(so far am i right?)

now the question is -
what blocks the most of the SCALP DHT (and in what precentages of course) ?

also a - by the way question -
what would happen (DHT wise) if you will take say 5mg, or maybe even 10mg of duts a day (besides bankropting) ?

Follicles don't produce dht. Also dutasteride blocks most dht. When taking more it will block dht more and make the risk of sides higher but even if you manage to block 100% of dht on the scalp most of the time your hair won't grow back.

there is no such thing as something that frees the follicles from all exposures to androgens

maybe RU+dutasteride but the whole question is pretty absurd we don't need to block 100%

When you castrate yourself, you won't make any dht at all anymore. But sill people didn't got regrowth. Unfortunately, that means just blocking dht for 100% will halt hair loss but doesn't reverse it.

it is not ture,
dht is also produced locally on the scalp itself,
its called 'scalp dht'
the other type - the one that gets to places in the body by the blood, and that is produced in your balls is called 'serum dht'
kill your balls - kill serum dht,
duts at 0.5mg a day block around 90% of that already.
but they only block around 50% of the dht produced in the scalp, or the 'scalp dht',
when taken at 2.5mg a day they block around 79% of 'scalp dht',

but ---
a guy that wants to grow his hair back to nw0 (without having a transplant) - probably needs to block / or - prevent his scalp from producing ANY dht !

anyway i was just being told that dutasteride is a dose dependent,
so if youll take around 5, or maybe 10mg a day - you can vitually wipe out all of your scalp dht.
unforunatly that will cost you a fortune (like a 100$ a month for only 2.5mg a day)

You would have to be crazy to wipe out all DHT with dutasteride long term I mean DHT is all over the place and it does do more than just kill off hair. Is removing it from the brain or skin a good idea? I doubt anyone knows that

The douchebag is strong in this one...

He was just being honest, 100% scalp DHT suppression seems unlikely and is not guaranteed to grow your hair back anyway. Be grateful if you at least have a little bit of thickening and get to keep what you have.
