some of you might know I have a shedding issue with my pieces. It is from brushing it. I have tried every brush out there and they are all full of hair.

I've got longer hair, but I just tie it back in a ponytail before I go to bed, so it's not too bad in the morning. A quick spray with leave in conditioner and brush through and I am good to go. Some people suggest a silk pillowcase or scarf.

Start with one of these and some leave in conditioner. Gently tease the knots until you can run the comb through without any resistance. Then use a finer comb, but go VERY gently.

You can always try sleeping in a bandana as well. You'll still need to comb in the morning, but less so.

People like silk pillows or silk caps. I sleep with a neck pillow which keeps my head off of any contact completely. The neck pillow was an accidental find, I just like sleeping with it so the added benefit of no bedhead is a bonus
