So...just Discovered This. Don't Know What To Think.

Hi guys. For a long time I've always had a spot in the back of my head that was hard to cut with a razor, as the hairs seem to go in all different sorts of places, if that makes sense. So it's hard to go with the grain.

Well lately I've grown my hair out long and today that particular spot started to bother me for the first time in my life so I was playing around w/ it, trying to get it to comb evenly. Then I noticed this.

What do you think? What kind of balding is this? I'm totally in shock to be honest, nobody has ever said anything. Then again, it's never been this long.

kinda looks like my hair except mine has progressed past that a little bit.

also hard to tell because you have the pic in very harsh lighting so that can make it worse

does balding run in your family? it could be the start of male pattern baldness

Too hard to tell, could be the start of balding, might just be what your swirl looks like.
