I can only provide an example now as this doesn’t get much coverage to avoid outrage but for example Starbucks insurance covers hair transplants for trans people . lmao. If your a insurance company who want to cover hair transplant and still grow the business, here are something to add to your terms and conditions list:

1. hair transplant must not exceed 250 FUE
and/or
2. insurance covers hair transplant. we mean 10% of hair transplant cost

if you want to provide 100% of hair transplant with little more premium? then add this T&C

1. hair transplant upto 2000 FUE
2. insurance covers 100% hair transplant cost, applicable on following 10 clinics

so, catch here is, all 10 clinics are from india/etc where you as insurance company can get a deal of 15grafts/2 us$ with good quality, for 2000 grafts, its 266us$. if you use indian vpn and search for transplant, you get as low as INR11/graft which is 6.25 grafts/us$. The real catch is they need to pay return ticket to India/etc!!
