i used finasteride, min, nizoral and tricomin. all for at least 7 month, finasteride for even 2 years.

my hairloss is stopped and i gained about 200 % density due to min, nizoral and tricomin. good success, i know, but still thin.

i got about 30-40 grafts all over. where the normal head of hair has about 90 grafts. so you can imagine how thin it looks.

fine , 60 grafts should be enough for coverage, so there is still a chance to make it thick.

so what can i add now? what do you recommend?

first off i started this: stop smoking. do you think it will help any to my hair?

what else can i add?

i dont want to use spironolactone topical coz i heard you smell coz of it.

You made add some supps. Biotin and Silica are cheap and have no risks. There is nothing to lose.

Do you mean you regrow 40 hairs per centimeter ,if you did then well done,if you feel it's still too thio look into a transplant if you have the money

Since you've only been on the topicals for about 7 months you will still probably notice some thickening for another 7 months.

At this point I would just add a Revita/NANO shampoo rotation.

You might want to look into the Laser Comb. It was recently approved(by the fda) to promote hair growth in people with male pattern baldness. Although it is insanely expensive it's worth it if youre running out of options.
