for a couple months. No real reason, other then I had some spare bottles left over after I gave my main liquid supply to Hopewas and ran out of the foam. I know some were questioning if the foam was as good as the liquid and they experienced worse results after a couple weeks, etc. My conclusion is that the foam is far superior in effectiveness. If people did experience greater hairloss then this is more then likely a result of a higher percentage of the minoxidil being absorbed into the scalp and a shed was experienced. My hair really looks like crap but I wanted to make sure it wasn't a result of not allowing the liquid to work its course.

So I went back to the foam yesterday and am not looking back! :notworthy

I'd have to agree. It's not that the foam isn't effective, is that it's too strong!

Also on another note, I sincerely believe although the foam is more effective, I think that less of the foam is systematically absorbed into your scalp. I experienced less irritation and much less bloated face on the foam compared to the liquid.

Anyone else with experiences they want to share?

I only tried liquid once a few years ago for 3-4 weeks and my heads starting shedding crazy amounts of skin. I will stick to foam for now.

Meh - i don't agree that foam is more effective than the liquid, but at the end of the day it's all down to each person's personal experience...There isn't a general 'rule' as to which one of the two is superior - its all subjective.

However, I totally agree that the liquid is more likely to cause the most irritation.
