So I just got a buzz cut...

So I just got a buzz cut... and it looks great! I'm still in the early phases of my hair loss, diffuse thinning in the usual male pattern baldness area. When I had long hair it was noticeable in the middle path where you would see much more scalp than you'd expect from a part. So today I took the plunge and had it all buzzed off at the hair dressers with a number 3. I was nervous, not knowing how thin it would look but I'm happy to report that it looks pretty awesome by comparison to what I had before! You can certainly see more scalp with the buzz cut however it looks way more natural and doesn't look like i'm thinning at all. Plus this way I never have to worry about how it looks under certain light and trying to brush in such a way as to cover the thin looking part. It always means not pulling as much hair out from brushing and washing it, my long hair was extremely damaged and tangled and pulled a ton of hair out each time it was brushed. Now it looks good, feels good, is easy to take care of and is always consistent. If you're on the fence about getting a buzz cut DO IT! You can always grow it back to what you had before if you don't like it but it's well worth a try.
