The talk around here is that dutasteride is more powerful than finasteride, and some people see better results with dutasteride. Has anyone seen progress with finasteride, only to switch to dutasteride and your hair to get even better (more regrowth primarily in temples)? Or is that unheard of?
I remember reading here once someone used finasteride (saw progress, maintaining hair), switched to dutasteride when it came out and their hair took a turn for the worst. Is that an isolated incident or is it very possible?
I'm just curious if dutasteride will work even better, but I'm reluctant to try, since I have no sides with finasteride and I've been on it almost 4 months. I'm also reluctant to give nizoral a try because of the horror stories I've read. Thanks!
