Website looks good too. May I suggest having a link to this website on the forum page? It seems you can navigate from the website to the forum, but not back again. If someone finds this forum as a result of a Google search or something, they may not even know the website exists, and since a lot of the newbies would find comfort in obtaining their products from a trusted source, you could be missing out on a lot of revenue...

Also, I was wondering whether the products are shipped worldwide or just the US. I am looking to buy some products for the next year after my supply runs out, but couldn't find whether the shipping is worldwide or not. I'm sure many of the users of this forum (including myself) would order products from the website if it were a bit clearer / easier to purchase.

Something that doesn't work goes in the garbage = crap. You should try it yourself maybe you'll see that it's crap too. If it works for you then I guess it isn't so, but it's crap to me....that's all I gotta say. My apologies to the admin if I offended you.
