Smp with Dr Pak in Los angeles

Has anyone here get an smp procedure done specifically with dr Pak in Los Angeles? I'm basically a nw6 with a hairline intact. I called the receptionist and he said the have open house during the week where they answer all our questions and have past patients who have had the procedure done come in to show us their results.

Is is it better to get a smp procedure done with a surgeon rather than a smp company who are more like technicians?
