Small pimples/scabs with Spectral DNC-L

Has anyone here noticed this before? Small pimples, reddish bumps, along the hairline where the DNC-L is applied? Application increases irritation? Yay, nay?

Could be new hair brewing below the surface? I know transplant people get pimples before growth...

Really quite irritating. If they persist and/or get worse, might have to stop...
