Ive been thinking about a thing..my right temple is in worse condition then my left one.
im also sprouting more new hairs on my left then the right side.

When i go to sleep i always sleep on my right side..always.

I read a book about sleep since i suffer from insomnia.

Most people have a ritual/pattern they must follow to initiate sleep.
Mine is to sleep on the right side or i wont fall asleep.

Is it possble that the monotone routine makes the right side to take a bigger beating? (wear, rubbing).

What do you think? do you sleep on a certain side and is it worse condition on that side?

i don't think that's the reason any more than wearing a hat will cause baldness. it's probably just coincidence. for what it's worth i sleep on my right temple and i think it's in slightly better shape than my left.

That difference is caused by the circular pattern the hair follows in the whole head.

The direction of the growing hair is not "straight forward", but slightly radial all over the top.

It is very noticeable at the swirl, and less as you go to the temples, specially due to the personal way everyone has to comb his hair, but the pattern is there, and it´s unvariable all over the top.

So, one temple is pointing in the same direction of the tangential line of the circular pattern, and the other one in the opposite.

The one who is in the same direction always seems (and/or truly is) more receeded.

In your case is the right one. If you look at a pic of your head from above, (the downside is the vertex, and temples upside) you´ll notice in the vertex the pattern of reverse-clockwise circular grown.
