Silly Question

I Will be officaly shaving my head in 10 days, once school gets out. I am really pumped about this too, becuause i think it will look solid. This may be a question for those who have actully gave the shaved head look a shot or maybe not? i dont know. When you like pull back all your hair, to kind of see how you would look like if you were bald, does this give you a good indication? or do you look that much more different than from how you think when you actully shave it off? Cuz if thats the case then I am going to look good with a shaved head....

Not really because the contrast of your hair and head is still there. You wont really know how you look until you do it.

Don't let that discourage you though. Most people can pull off the bald look but are too chicken to try.

i'm at the same count down time as you...i've done it many times before and i think the best thing to do is to prepare for the worst...ie, imagine that it will look really awful. then if it looks better than you think, you will be happier!

yea nervx is right, pulling ur hair back isnt necessarily a good indicator of how u could possibly look wiht it shaved.
My temples are funky as is and i was feeling self-concious cause i also thought my hair was thinning too. so i just shaved the b**ch with some clippers, i belive number 3, and im not dissapointed at all. you can totally see my funkyass temples but buzzing my hair short kinda makes me feel no so self-concious and worry about "how my hair looks" or if its out of place or some jive.

Plan for a few visits to the tanning booth (unless you have pale white skin). The worst thing is having a tan face and a pale white head. Trust me!
