well, I said f*** it today and got my hair cut pretty short.(back to what I used to have it at in high school.)
Well the hair density is probaly 50% of what it was before I started finasteride. I put gel in my hair and combed it to see what it looked like and I almost cried. Not really, but i was more pissed if anything.
On a further shitty note my parents found my finasteride stash and asked why i was taking hairloss medicine. I spilled it to them that I am thinning. My dad has some hair, it's been receding soooo slow I envy his ***. So he can see where I am coming from but he did not believe I was thinning. He said my hair was "really thick on top" I almost busted up laughing. My hair looks fine uncombed and without gel. If I used gel, I know they would be able to tell
Well I offically f*****g hate DHT and everything about it. Shedding is second on my sh*t list, and if the shedding doesn't stop and the hair regrowth doesn't start, finasteride will be 3rd on my sh*t list.
I'm adding spironolactone soon, and maybe rogaine in the near future (blah!)
