side effects

can anyone tell me this is it possible to have a side effect after using monox for 4 months now..i used monox 5% and now started whith rogain 5%..i did gain some weight but i also eat too much lately so how can i tell what is side effect and what is normal weight gain...

i'm not a doctor but i can almost assure you with 100% certainty that your not gaining wait because your using rogaine

It's very more likely to gain weight eating too much rather than using minoxidil.
It's really rare with topical use.

iam not to worried about it but i just wonned to make sure how can i tell what is what.but if it is a side effect what is next.im on some kind of diet so if i continue to gain weight than i think ill now what is what..i just dont wonna quit minoxidil i see the results and my hair getting better so hope for the best....
