Side effects?

Are there any side effects with the stuffs that you guys are using on your head?

Depends on what stuff you mean. Generally, side effects are rare.

I had some trouble the first two weeks on Minoxidil. Mostly a red scalp with ~5-8 pimples and some dandruff.

I think I'm on day 47 or 48 now, and my scalp has been fine since day ~15 or something. Better than ever, I'd say.

I'm using Nizoral too, with is thought to help with scalp related problems.

hmm... I'm considering Biolyn...but not sure if it works. As for the other stuffs that you guys are recommending, it's not so easily within reach to me.

Where do you live? It's always best to begin with proven treatments, and Minoxidil is available "over the counter" mostly everywhere, and if not - it's always available online (i.e. http://www.xandrox.com seems to be recommended here. I haven't actually bought anything from them myself, but I'm considering switching to Dr. Lee's quick drying Minoxidil, 500).

Only Finasteride/Propecia/Proscar and Minoxidil/Rogaine are proven treatments. The laser comb is a proven treatment in some places too, I hear.
