should you use nizoral shampoo only every 3 day? or is it better if i use it more often? i mean i wouldnt have probs to use it more often, just a matter of money and if it helps anything.

no don't use it more often. i use it every 3 days as well.

i use mine every other day. i think it just depends if your scalp is irritated or not.

Were there any studies to find an optimal dose, or did they just pick 2-3 because that is less irritating?

Good question, I have actually decided to use it more often because my hair and scalp feel better on days that I use it. Might use it every other day.

but other than making the hair on the dry side .... no one ever came up

with a valid reason why it could not be used daily
